Ardent Construction and Development Pty Ltd has adopted a Safety Management System to comply with the obligations of the Workplace Health and Safety Act (2011) which replaces the former Occupational Health and Safety Act in NSW.
We recognise our obligation to our staff and contractors, clients and the community and we take our responsibility seriously. We ensures best practice and adherence to legislative requirements as a matter of priority and encourage any concerns to be raised through our company’s reporting mechanisms so they may be addressed as a matter of urgency.
Ardent Construction and Development Pty Ltd also encourages and supports staff and contractors to undertake First Aid training and ensures that there are adequate provisions and processes in place to address First Aid or other more significant needs as appropriate if required.
